Made to Order
Every E.J. Willis bell is cast and finished to order. We do not ship from warehouse stock.
When your order is confirmed, we will contact you directly with a production estimate based on your bell size and any custom engraving. We will keep you informed as your order progresses and notify you when it ships.
If you have a specific delivery requirement — a vessel commissioning, a gift occasion, an installation deadline — let us know at the time of order and we will do our best to accommodate it.
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on bell size, weight, and destination.
Small Parcel (3 lb – 20 lb)
Bells in the 3–20 lb range ship via FedEx or UPS ground service. Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Freight (30 lb – 200 lb)
Bells 30 lb and above ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight carrier. These shipments are palletized and delivered to a ground-level receiving location. If you require liftgate delivery or inside delivery, please note this at checkout or contact us before ordering — additional fees may apply.
Freight shipments typically transit 5–10 business days after dispatch depending on destination. You will receive a PRO number for tracking once your shipment is in transit.
Free Shipping
We offer complimentary ground shipping on domestic orders over $1,500. Free shipping applies to standard ground and freight service; expedited services are not included.
Packaging
Every bell is individually packed and inspected before shipment. Larger bells are crated for freight transit. We take packaging seriously — a Willis bell is not a commodity shipment and we treat it accordingly.
If your order arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging, document it with photographs before opening and contact us within 5 business days of delivery. See our Craftsmanship Guarantee & Return Policy for full details on shipping damage claims.
International Shipping
We are currently shipping to domestic U.S. addresses only. International inquiries are welcome — please contact us at info@ejwillisco.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
Military & Institutional Orders
Shipping terms for orders placed under a DoD contract, purchase order, or institutional quote are governed by the applicable procurement document. DPAS-rated orders are prioritized in accordance with their rating. Contact us at info@ejwillisco.com for freight arrangements on large or time-sensitive government shipments.
